On June 2nd, 2024, Austin Under 40 awarded Lily Trieu, Executive Director of Asian Texans for Justice as the Winner of the Civics, Government, & Public Affairs Category.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — The Executive Director and Co-Founder of Asian Texans for Justice, Lily Trieu was awarded Austin Under 40’s 2024 Winner for Civis, Government, & Public Affairs Category on June 2nd, 2024.

Austin Under 40 (AU40) is a renowned fundraising event that has recognized and amplified meaningful changemakers and emerging professionals in the Austin community for twenty five years. Austinites are recognized from eighteen categories across industries. Lily Trieu was awarded from a strong cohort of fellow finalists: Brittany Sharkey, Jackie Quintero Sekiguchi, Joel Gross, and Kelsey Erickson Streufert in the Civics, Government, and Public Affairs Category.

Christina Hahn

Christina is the Communications & External Affairs Manager of Asian Texans for Justice. She is a Korean American creative, community builder, and comms professional based in Dallas, Texas. As the daughter and granddaughter of immigrants, Christina has a passion for advocating for Asian American communities in politics, society, and media. 

Prior to ATJ, Christina served as the Communications Director for Bluebonnet Data while pursuing her Master’s full time. Prior to her non-profit work, Christina spent several years as a management consultant at a full services boutique firm. Currently, Christina also serves as the Creative Director of the Dallas Asian American Historical Society in a pro bono capacity. Christina is also the founder of the Dallas Asian American Art Club.
